An amazing trail of scarecrows has been spotted and enjoyed by locals in an annual event.
Marlow Bottom Scarecrow Festival made a return this week with a spooky trail throughout the village until October 30.
Families were urged to come up with their "funniest and most creative" scarecrows of any shape or size.
Scaregrows have been inspired by all sorts including E.T., Scooby-Doo, Pirates of the Caribbean, Snow White, UP, the popular minions from Despictable Me, Frankenstein, SpongeBob SquarePants, 101 Dalmations, Corpse Bride as well as many more.
Trail maps are available from Tin Town Coffee, The Barn Club and Da Luca at a cost of £2 per map or via this email (scarecrow@friendsofburford.org.uk).
Organised by Friends of Burford, all the money raised will be donated to Burford School to put towards funding school projects and improvements.
Last year's event raised £6,502 for the school.
