Much of the materials will match existing.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision.

Householder application for construction of two-storey side extension and part single, part two-storey rear extension with internal alterations following demolition of existing attached garage and conservatory - 21/08172/FUL

Mr and Mrs Nichols have submitted to the council an application for 52 Manor Park Avenue, Princes Risborough.

Much of the materials used will match existing.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the council.

Mr and Mrs Smith have submitted to Bucks Council an application for 139 Boundary Road, Wooburn Green.

The site cannot be seen from a public road, documents state.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Householder application for construction of dropped kerb (new vehicular crossover) with associated hardstanding alterations - 21/08167/FUL 

Mr Tanwir Latif has submitted an application for 27 Tancred Road, High Wycombe.

The agent is Irfan Akram Architects.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.

Householder application for construction of rear box dormer, installation of two front, one side roof lights in connection with loft conversion and front porch extension with associated changes to fenestrations - 21/08140/FUL

A Bucks resident has submitted to the council plans for 26 Whiteheart, 26 Fennels Way, Flackwell Heath.

The agent is Arcline Architecture in Beaconsfield.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.
