Mr Muir has submitted plans for 2 Claremont Gardens, Marlow.

This is a variation to an approved scheme.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Householder application for construction of first-floor rear extension and fenestration alterations including the insertion of four rooflights - 21/08202/FUL

Bruce Jacob has submitted to the council a planning application for 73 Straight Bit, Flackwell Heath.

White render used will match existing.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Householder application for construction of part two-storey/part single-storey front/side/rear extension following removal of existing conservatory (alternative scheme to pp:20/06569/FUL) - 21/08203/FUL

Mr Ali has submitted to Bucks Council plans for 28 Hampden Road, High Wycombe.

The agent is David Rowe of DR Design.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.

Certificate of Lawfulness Existing for conversion of dwelling to two one-bed flats (retrospective) - 21/08192/CLE

Mr Hassan Ali, of Grange Drive, has submitted a planning application for 83 London Road, High Wycombe.

The flats have been in existence for more than ten years.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.
