Football will be the focus of this week’s Then & Now, as we will have a look to see how different things have changed over the last few decades.
The photo in the top left-hand shows the now-defunct Princes Risborough Town Football Club posing for a photo on November 13, 1954, at the ground of their arch-rivals, Stokenchurch.
Fast forward to 2021, and Risborough Rangers are now the town’s number football team, and this year, the Reds celebrated their 50th year in existence.
And it wouldn’t be a football Then & Now feature if we didn’t include Wycombe Wanderers.
Here is a shot of the club’s former ground, Loakes Park, compared to the club’s new home in Adams Park.
Both stadiums have created numerous memories for fans all across the county.
