Five cars crash into each other on motorway - causing eight miles of queues
Five cars crashed into each other on the M25 this evening, closing lanes while emergency services attended.
Three lanes were shut while firefighters helped at the scene between junction 16 for the M40 and 17 for Maple Cross.
The crash and lane closures has caused eight miles of delays. There are also delays anti-clockwise as drivers slow down to look at the scene.
Two of the vehicles involved are still up against the central reservation.
