Weekly round-up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court:

November 11:

  • Fredrick Brinklow, 24, of Briery Way, Amersham. Using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause alarm or distress in Amersham on August 31, 2020. Exclusion order made for 12 months – the defendant is banned from entering the Beech Tree Public House in Hill Avenue, Amersham, without permission of licensee. Fined £108. Costs £184.
  • Paul Roper, 44, of Hampden Road, Stoke Mandeville. Failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Wendover Road, Aylesbury, on May 8. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £245. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
  • Leianne Redworth, 37, of Friarscroft Way, Aylesbury. Exceeding the 40mph speed limit on the A418, Stone, on May 10. Speed recorded was 57mph. Fined £221. Costs £34. Driving record endorsed with four points.

November 12:

  • Harsimaran Sran, 36, of Hogfair Lane, Burnham. Assault by beating in Burnham on November 13, 2020. Community order made – must be under curfew with electronic monitoring for three months. Restraining order made. Compensation £100. Costs £715.
  • John Castle, 38, of London Road, High Wycombe. Using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving a motor vehicle on the A404 Amersham Hill, High Wycombe, on December 12, 2020. Fined £254. Costs £664. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Jodie Clark, 24, of Rushington Meadow, Weston Turville. Assault by beating of an emergency worker in Weston Turville on November 16, 2020. Discharged conditionally for six months. Compensation £50. Costs £107.
  • Sarah King, 56, of Abbey Road, Bourne End. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Sheepridge Lane, Bourne End, on February 23. Fined £515. Costs £137.
