Mr and Mrs Tutt have submitted a planning application for Granview, Downley Common, Downley.

Southern Planning Practice Ltd in Twyford is the company name.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Mr and Mrs Hofmann and Henderson, of Virginia Water, have submitted to the council plans for Abinger House, 12 Beechwood Drive, Marlow.

The agent is Octagon Developments Ltd.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision.
