Installation of a free-standing refreshments kiosk serving drinks and sandwiches - 21/07666/FUL

Hazlemere Parish Council has submitted plans for Hazlemere Recreation Ground. 

“The proposal is to install a portable container onto a small, unused strip of grass land adjacent to the entrance to Hazlemere Memorial Hall,” documents state.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Certificate of Lawfulness Proposed for erection of single-storey rear extension - 21/08358/CLP

The building is Grade II-Listed.

Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of pair of semi-detached dwellings and new access - 21/08370/FUL

Richard Clark Chartered Architects has submitted to Bucks Council an application for 7 Spinfield Lane, Marlow.

A new vehicle access is also proposed.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.
