A POPULAR art gallery has closed its doors for the final time and moved out of Reading after 15 years in the town.
The Lemongrove Gallery, on Minster Street, is moving to Henley-on-Thames.
A notice on the door of the now deserted shop read: “Dear friends, after more than 15 years, we have sadly closed our doors for the last time here in Reading.

“However, we are glad to say we have not gone far and hope you will all visit us in our established Henley gallery very soon.
“We would like to thank you for the many years of loyal support, enjoyable times and cherished memories.
“See you in Henley very soon!

The Lemongrove Gallery is one of the UK’s leading independent art galleries with a team of trained art experts and was established in 2005.
The gallery’s new home is Duke Street, Henley.
