November 25:

  • James Checker, 36, of Totteridge Road, High Wycombe. Breaching the conditions of a restraining order imposed by Bedfordshire Magistrates’ Court on January 15. Restraining order extended. Community order made. Costs £190. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Bedfordshire Magistrates’ Court for the offences of criminal damage and assault of an emergency worker. Committed to prison for four months suspended for 24 months. Must carry out 110 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
  • Danny Keet, 32, of Swallow Street, Iver. Driving a motor vehicle whilst not wearing a seat belt in Weedon Hill, Hyde Heath, on March 11. Fined £83. Costs £124.
  • George Forbes, 26, of Folleys Place, Loudwater. Exceeding the 70mph speed limit on the M40 near Beaconsfield on February 6. Speed recorded was 102mph. Fined £482. Costs £138. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Jermaine Joseph, 39, of Hedley View, Loudwater. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Treadaway Hill, Flackwell Heath, on February 6. Speed recorded was 38mph. Fined £92. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.
