Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Mr and Mrs Cullen have submitted to Bucks Council plans for 5 Threlkeld Close, High Wycombe.

Red brick and roof slates will match existing.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision.

Certificate of Lawfulness Proposed for the creation of new hardstanding (drive, paths and patios), new access and gate with bricking up of existing openings and creation of new openings - doors and windows - 21/08456/CLP

Mr Alex Tucker has submitted an application for Kennel End, Hammersley Lane, Tylers Green.

“We consider the existing dwelling house to be lawful because it has been in existence in its current form since approximately 1970,” a document reads.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

A Bucks resident has submitted plans for 14 Carrington Avenue, Flackwell Heath.
