A man armed with a knife and a large wooden table leg has been seen walking the streets of Bucks.

Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward following reports that a man was seen wielding the two dangerous weapons on Monday.

The suspect was spotted carrying the table leg, and later on was seen carrying a knife, in North 9th Street and North 10th Street in Milton Keynes.

The man is described as white, around 5ft 8ins tall, with a skinny build and short dark hair. He was wearing a grey Nike tracksuit with thick white stripes down the side.

Investigating officer PC Sophia Matthews, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “If anyone witnessed this man in possession of either of these items, please contact 101 and quote the reference number 43210540366 or make a report online.
