Weekly round-up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court:

December 1:

  • Adam Coleman, 39, of Victoria Road, High Wycombe. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to comply with curfew on seven occasions between October 21 and October 27. Fined £40.
  • Michael Pinchen, 57, of Rectory Road, Taplow. Assault by beating in Burnham on November 26, 2019. Fined £300. Compensation £200. Costs £807. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On November 26, 2019, in Burnham, damaged the wing mirror of a car to the value of £594. Compensation £594.
  • Casey Cross, 32, of Kingswood Park, High Wycombe. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit on the A40 London Road in High Wycombe on February 27. Speed recorded was 41mph. Fined £507. Costs £190. Disqualified from driving for six months. Using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving on the M4 in Membury, Wiltshire, on February 19. Fined £507. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Warren Keen, 45, of Oxford Road, Marlow. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Seymour Court Road, Marlow, on February 26. Speed recorded was 45mph. Fined £384. Costs £128. Disqualified from driving for 28 days.

December 2:

  • Aaron Billingham, 33, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. Assault by beating at Aylesbury Railway Station, Aylesbury, on May 14. Fined £50. Costs £119.  Assault by beating of an emergency worker at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Mandeville Road, on May 15. Fined £277. Compensation £50.
  • Justin Sanders, 49, of Westfield Road, Beaconsfield. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Oxford Road, New Denham, on February 10. Speed recorded was 45mph. Fined £833. Costs £173. Driving record endorsed with five points.

December 3:

  • Colin Cynian, 51, of Heatherdeen Green, Iver Heath. Driving over the drug drive limit. On December 3, 2020, on the A412 Uxbridge Road, Iver Heath had a quantity of Benzoylecgonine in their blood. Fined £162. Costs £284. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving over the drug drive limit. On December 3, 2020, on the A412 Uxbridge Road, Iver Heath, had a quantity of cocaine in their system. No separate penalty. Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence on the A412 Uxbridge Road, Iver Heath, on December 3, 2020. No separate penalty.
  • George Wilson, 45, of Forgetts Road, Lane End. Going equipped for theft. On January 29, 2019, in High Wycombe, had articles for use in the course of theft, namely a Stanley knife, pliers, screwdriver, scissors and bolt cutters. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £285.  Stanley knife, pliers, screwdriver, scissors and bolt cutters to be forfeited and destroyed.
