Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Erection of one stable building to include two stables, one feed store, one wash bay and one tack room and the construction of a 20m x 40m all-weather riding arena - 21/08570/FUL

Mr Simon Muir has submitted to Bucks Council plans for Darvills Cottage, Turnip End, Speen.

“The proposed site of the stables is an existing concrete pad which is currently used for additional parking,” documents state.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.

Householder application for erection of single-storey side extension - 21/08497/FUL

Mr and Mrs Titus have submitted plans for 25 Trinity Road, Marlow.

The agent is Christopher Hunt.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the council.

Listed building application for installation of platform lift/pit and changes to enable access to screen 1 - 21/08481/LBC

Hunter UK Retail Limited Partnership has submitted to the council an application for the former Steamer Trading Cookshop and Assembly Room, Market Square, Marlow.

This is an amendment to a consented scheme.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Listed building application for repair and extension of domestic outbuilding to provide home working space. Demolition of existing stable and relocation to north of site - 21/08461/LBC

Mr and Mrs Ferguson Davie have submitted to the council an application for The Old Rectory, Church Lane, Radnage.

The agent is Hoare, Ridge & Morris.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Mr Pooley has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Kincora, Hedsor Road, Bourne End.

Brickwork will match existing.
