The High Wycombe residents behind the jaw-dropping Coca Cola truck Christmas lights display every year are replacing the iconic vehicle with another - the Hogwarts Express.

Nathan Jocelyn has once again partnered with his dad Andy to put on an incredible Christmas display in Bank Street.

While it is usually the Christmas Coca Cola truck that makes an appearance, Nathan and Andy are going full steam ahead with a fresh display to mark the 20th anniversary of the first ever Harry Potter film.

Anyone passing by the area today cannot have failed to notice the massive red steam train that has apppeared - and the lights on the display will officially be turned on on Thursday night.

In 2020, after the Bucks Free Press wrote an article about the fantastic display, Coca Cola got in touch and donated £500 to Wycombe Women's Aid after being wowed by their efforts in a difficult year.

The story even went international, hitting the headlines in Germany, and more than 55,000 people visited Bank Street over the festive period to marvel at Nathan and Andy's creation.

The father and son duo had been building the display for four years after repeatedly hearing how seeing the world-famous vehicle marks the start of Christmas for many people.

They have switched it up this year in honour of the boy wizard and the franchise's incredible legacy.

The pair said: "This year we have decided to build the famous Hogwarts Express train from Harry Potter as this is another wonderful Christmas spectacle.

"Everyone who has ever watched Harry Potter says how magical it is so we are bringing the magical theme to Wycombe.

"Harry Potter studio is also celebrating 20 years this year so it was another good reason for us to build the famous Express train. The train will be lit and ready to go on this Thursday."
