Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Householder application for construction of single-storey front extension, conversion of existing garage to habitable accommodation and associated external alterations - 21/08252/FUL 

Miss Sophie Walker has submitted to Bucks Council plans for 4 Harris Road, Lane End.

“We will also be extending the flat roof from the garage to the porch to bridge the proposed extension,” documents state.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.

Householder application for erection of garage/car port/office/store building to front/side with solar panels, creation of pool to rear and detached summer room/store to rear - 21/08457/FUL

Mr Paul Buckthorpe has submitted an application for Grove Barn, Grove Lane, Great Kimble.

A new or altered vehicle access is also proposed.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Conversion of existing stable building to two-bed dwelling - 21/08466/FUL

Mrs Sue Kinner has submitted to the council a planning application for the stable adjacent to The Paddocks, Chinnor Road, Chinnor.

The agent is Rural Solutions Ltd.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Householder application for raising of roof in connection with creation of additional accommodation in loft - 21/08539/FUL

Mr David Hughes has submitted plans for 16 Willow Close, Flackwell Heath.

The agent is Steve Wallington, SMW Consultancy.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Householder application for construction of single-storey rear extension - 21/08521/FUL 

Miss Natalie Reece has submitted to the local authority an application for 59 Little Marlow Road, Marlow.

Brickwork and roof tiles will match existing.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.
