Further enquiries revealed that the driver already had six points on his licence for a previous speeding offence – meaning he could potentially face a driving ban when he appears before the magistrates.

After reporting the driver, the officers proceeded to seize his “pride and joy.”

In a post on social media, TVP Chilterns and South Bucks said: “This Porsche came to our attention on the M40, south Bucks.

“Stopping the vehicle identified the driver had no insurance and already had six points on his licence for speeding.

“Driver reported and looking at disqualification and his pride and joy seized.”
