December 15:

  • Arsu Miah, 47, of Penn Road, Hazlemere. Travelling on a railway without paying a fare between High Wycombe and London Marylebone on May 30, 2021. Fined £220. Compensation £15. Costs £213.
  • Bradley Pearce, 25, of Old Farm Close, Aylesbury. Travelling on a railway without paying a fare between Haddenham and Thame Parkway and London Marylebone on July 28, 2021. Fined £295. Compensation £22.70. Costs £219.
  • Abdallah Salhi, 18, of Dashwood Avenue, High Wycombe. Travelling on a railway without paying a fare between High Wycombe and London Marylebone on May 31, 2021. Fined £200. Compensation £15. Costs £213.
  • Jack Young, 26, of Harris Court, Aylesbury. Assault by beating of an emergency worker in Aylesbury on December 13, 2021. Fined £80. Costs £119.  Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On December 14, 2021, in Aylesbury Police Custody, damaged a book of unknown value belonging to Thames Valley Police. No separate penalty. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order imposed by Medway Magistrates’ Court on December 9, 2019. Fined £40.

December 16:

  • Madeleine Burwash, 18, of Jordans Lane, Beaconsfield. Travelling on a railway without paying a fare between London Marylebone and Seers Green and Jordans on May 30, 2021. Fined £220. Compensation £11.30. Costs £213.
  • Joseph White, 29, of Park Place, Amersham. Stalking without fear, alarm or distress. Between October 1, 2020 and December 14, 2020, in Amersham, sent his victim unwanted messages, gifts and continued to make contact with them after they told him not to, making them feel harassed and alarmed. Must carry out 135 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Restraining order made. Costs £395.
  • Anton Jack, 25, of Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe. Failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between March 4, 2021 and April 1, 2021. Fined £660. Costs £186. Driving record endorsed with six points.

December 17:

  • Jordan Cox, 19, of George’s Hill, High Wycombe. Possession of a Class B drug. On December 20, 2020, in Holmer Green, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Fined £200. Costs £119. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
  • Thomas Berry, 26, of Waller Road, Beaconsfield. Fraud by false representation in Little Kingshill on December 28, 2020. Compensation £5,000. Costs £85. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Theft, including theft by finding, on December 28, 2020. Community order made. Sending a letter, communication or article conveying a threatening message in High Wycombe on January 14, 2021. Community order made.

December 21:

  • Courtney Simmons, 20, of Bittenham Close, Aylesbury. Harassment – breach of a restraining order. On October 31, 2021, November 10, 2021 and November 14, 2021, in Aylesbury, contacted the victim without reasonable excuse. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made. Must be under curfew with electronic monitoring for eight weeks. Compensation £250.
  • Matthew Serradimigni, 48, of Paradise Orchard, Aylesbury. Exceeding the 60mph speed limit on the A413 Wendover Bypass on March 2, 2021. Speed recorded was 93mph. Fined £120. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for 14 days.
  • Christopher De La Salle, 51, of Claymoor Park, Marlow. Exceeding the 70mph speed limit on the M40, Beaconsfield, on May 14, 2021. Fined £1,200. Costs £210. Driving record endorsed with six points.
