A Maserati driver who was caught speeding through Marlow has been fined hundreds of pounds.

Sanjay Sumra, 57, of Grange Gardens in Farnham Common, raced past a speed camera in Parkway on June 2, 2021, clocking in at 37mph, breaking the 30mph limit.

Sumra, who was driving a Maserati Quattroporte at the time, admitted to one count of speeding at a hearing at Oxford Magistrates' Court on December 30.

The driver managed to avoid a driving ban, but was ordered to pay a £307 fine on top of £124 court costs.

His licence was also endorsed with three penalty points. Drivers who rack up more than 12 points in the space of three years can expect to receive a driving disqualification from the courts.
