An unhappy resident told the Bucks Free Press the bins at Edgecote House were not emptied between December 10 and January 4 despite "numerous emails, form filling and phone calls".
A council spokesman said that these bins were emptied on Christmas Eve but the resident argued that there is "CCTV over the bins so we can prove that they hadn't been emptied".
