Householder application for erection of part two-storey/part single-storey side/rear extension with alterations to the fenestration and internal alterations - 21/08667/FUL 

Mr and Mrs Smith have submitted plans for Maplefield, Owlswick Lane, Owlswick.

The agent is Lynn Palmer Architects Ltd in Thame.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision.

Erection of single-storey front extension to existing outbuilding to create a 1 x bed residential unit - 21/08624/FUL

A.H. Khan has submitted to the council an application for 5 Mayhew Crescent, High Wycombe.

Brickwork and roof will be as existing.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Erection of two-storey dwelling with attached garage and alterations to existing access - 21/08607/FUL

Mr Nigel Barr has submitted a planning application for land southeast of Lower Warren Farmhouse, Hatches Lane, Hughenden Valley.

The site is currently a residential garden.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Listed Building Consent application for numerous internal alterations - 21/08682/LBC

Mr Hell has submitted plans for Woodend House, Woodend House Road, Lower Woodend.

The agent is JCE Planning & Architectural Consultancy.
