Mr and Mrs Meldrum have submitted to Bucks Council plans for 5 Clayfields, Tylers Green.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the council.

Householder application for construction of single-storey front and rear extension, loft conversion with 2 x rear and 1 x front roof dormers and insertion of front roof light - 21/08776/FUL

Steve and Janet Pinkerton have submitted plans for 55 Commonside, Downley.

The agent is Briaily Architects Ltd.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision.

Demolition of existing chalet bungalow and construction of 1 x 4-bed dwellinghouse - 21/08767/FUL

Dr Shaya has submitted to the council an application for Blea Rigg, Little Lane, Loosley Row.

Proposed materials include brickwork, stone, render and timber boarding.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Construction of attached storage building to replace existing shipping containers (Alternative scheme to PP/19/05427/FUL) - 21/08750/FUL

Marlow Star Ltd has submitted a planning application for the Crowne Plaza Marlow.

The site currently has five shipping storage containers on it, used for storage since 2002, when the hotel first opened.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed construction of single-storey detached pool building for use ancillary to main dwellinghouse - 21/08723/CLP

Mr and Mrs Duncan have submitted plans for Roundhill, Kimblewick Road, Kimblewick.

The agent is Mrs Amanda Walker, DP Architects.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the local authority.
