December 22:

  • Nathan McNish, 33, of Hughes Avenue, High Wycombe. Assault by beating in High Wycombe on October 23, 2020. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £180. Driving whilst disqualified. On March 25, 2021, in Totteridge Road, High Wycombe, drove a motor vehicle while disqualified from holding a licence. December 23:

  • Terence Fox, 47, of Waller Road, Beaconsfield. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Holtspur Lane, Wooburn Green, on March 3, 2021. Speed recorded was 54mph. Fined £500. Costs £90. Disqualified from driving for 30 days.
  • Usman Mirza, 19, of Altwood Close, Slough. Exceeding the 70mph speed limit on the M40, Oakley, on April 25, 2021. Speed recorded was 96mph. Fined £84. Costs £144. Driving record endorsed with five points.
  • Daniel Rada, 47, of Miersfield, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in High Street, Marlow, on April 11, 2021. Discharged absolutely. Driving record endorsed with six points.

December 29:

  • Shaun Vine, 38, of Tring Road, Aylesbury. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from imprisonment by failing to attend supervision on September 27, 2021, October 25, 2021 and November 22, 2021. Fined £80. Costs £65.

January 4:

  • Maddison Taylor, 29, of High Street, Cookham. Failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £440. Costs £134. Disqualified from driving for six months.
  • Christopher Bradley, 46, of Wycombe Road, Marlow. Exceeding the 70mph speed limit on the M40, Boarstall. Speed recorded was 98mph. Fined £2,307. Costs £280. Disqualified from driving for 28 days.

January 5:

  • Waqas Ali, 32, of Nashleigh Hill, Chesham. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on November 9, 2021, November 16, 2021, November 23, 2021 and November 30, 2021. Committed to prison for six weeks.
