The Wycombe Wanderers Sports Education Trust are inviting members of the public to take part in their 24-hour National Three Peaks Challenge.

Taking place this summer, the quest will see a team of hikers, as well as those in the area and beyond, summit the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales, in order to raise money to help the WWSET team continue to deliver its education, health & wellbeing, inclusion and cohesion through sports participation.

The plan is that those taking part will meet up at Adams Park on June 17, 2022, before departing to Ben Nevis.

Once arriving in Scotland eight-and-a-half hours later, the hikers will climb the mountain at 6am, in the hopes of reaching the summit at 12 noon on June 18.

The group will then move onto Scafell Pike in England later that day, with the aim of reaching the top of the mountain by 10pm.

Finally, they will then travel to Wales to take on Snowden in the hopes of reaching the top, then the bottom of the famous mountain in four hours.
