A suspected High Wycombe heroin dealer has been charged with multiple offences.

Rasharn Francis, 27, of Hithercroft Road, has been charged with possession with intent to supply heroin, possession of criminal property, possession of cannabis, fraud by false representation and failing to stop when required by an officer.

The charges are in connection with two incidents in High Wycombe on November 27, 2021 and January 25, 2022.

On November 27, officers put on their blue lights and requested a vehicle to stop, but it failed to do so.

The car was found later in Gibbs Close.

On January 25, officers detained a man following a search, which uncovered cash, a phone, and a set of keys.

Francis appeared at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 26 January where he was remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on February 28.
