Celebrities including Ross Kemp, Alan Titchmarch, Lorraine Kelly are backing the Thank You Day, on Sunday June 5, to honour the Queen's service.
But the parties will also thank neighbours, family, friends, communities, the NHS and key workers for their support over the past year.
In a message released to mark her Platinum Jubilee, the Queen said: "As we mark this anniversary, it gives me pleasure to renew to you the pledge I gave in 1947 that my life will always be devoted to your service.
"As I look ahead with a sense of hope and optimism to the year of my Platinum Jubilee, I am reminded of how much we can be thankful for.
