Student actors bring their musical based on a cult film for two nights to The Elgiva Theatre in Chesham next week for Valentine's Day audiences.
On February 14 and 15 at 7.30pm young performers from Jackie Palmer Academy in High Wycombe will once again dazzle live after months of shut venues due to the pandemic.
Students aged 16 to 21 are part of the fully government funded BTEC Performing Arts Course at the Academy, and they have worked hard in challenging circumstances, manager Sara Lawson from Jackie Palmer Academy said.

Ms Lawson said: “The pandemic was of course incredibly challenging, but it was an opportunity to focus on other skill sets of young performing artists - having to adapt to new learning styles, film and produce their assignments themselves and ultimately building resilience.
“This performance comes with a huge level of gratitude that we are able to perform again on stage. We lost that ability for such a long time.

“Teenagers can often get a bad reputation but our students have near perfect attendance, we have no behavioural issues, they work hard everyday and that's because they are doing something they love.
Tickets can be purchased through The Elgiva Theatre in Chesham, St Mary’s Way.
