January 31:

February 1:

  • Richard Jeffries, 36, of Pallatia Court, High Wycombe. Possession of a drug of Class A. On July 7, 2021, in High Wycombe, had in their possession one pill of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA). MDMA to be forfeited and destroyed. Going equipped for theft. On July 1, 2021, in High Wycombe, had an article for use in the course of or in connection with theft, namely a foil-lined box within a rucksack. Fined £120. Foil-lined rucksack to be forfeited and destroyed. Theft from a shop. On November 19, 2021, in High Wycombe, stole meat of unknown value from Marks and Spencer. Committed to prison for 10 days consecutive. Compensation £100. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made for shoplifting. Suspended sentence of 22 days implemented. Overall length of sentence 32 weeks.
  • Jonnifer Melo, 18, of Queens Park, Aylesbury. Common assault in Aylesbury Station, Station Way West, Aylesbury, on January 12. Compensation £150. Attempting to travel on a railway without paying a fare at Aylesbury Station on January 12. No separate penalty. Using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence at Aylesbury Station on January 12. Compensation £150.
  • Stefano Pinna, 46, of Portman Mews, Aylesbury. Exceeding the 70mph speed limit on the A41 Aston Clinton on March 29, 2021. Speed recorded was 91mph. Fined £250. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for six months.
  • Bogdan Gale, 31, of The Ridgeway, Iver. Exceeding the 40mph speed limit on the A406 Apsley Way, Ealing, on February 26, 2021. Speed recorded was 49mph. Fined £147. Driving record endorsed with three points. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Thorney Lane North, Iver, on March 3, 2021. Speed recorded was 35mph. Fined £147. Costs £124.
