Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Householder application for single-storey rear/side extensions with alterations, replace cladding, extension to and re-surfacing of driveway and widening of dropped kerb - 22/05301/FUL

Mr and Mrs Bridgen have submitted to Bucks Council plans for 15 Beech Avenue, Lane End.

The agent is Mr Nic Williams, Ellisclare Ltd.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the council. 

Householder application for demolition of existing detached garage, construction of a new detached ancillary building comprising a gymnasium and storage and relocation of greenhouse - 22/05309/FUL

Nick Harley and Alesya Gorodnik have submitted plans for The Pepper Boxes, Rignall Road, Little Hampden.

The agent is Andrews Eades Ltd.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision.

Erection of four-bed vicarage dwelling with detached garage using existing access from St Francis House, introduction of hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatment and erection of new entrance gate to access - 22/05297/FUL

The Oxford Diocesan Board of Finance has submitted to the council an application for St Francis House, Amersham Road, High Wycombe.

The agent is Mr Jeremy Flawn, Bluestone Planning.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Demolition of existing building and erection of a block of five one-bed and three two-bed flats (eight in total) with associated bin/cycle stores and car parking - 22/05237/FUL

Mr Hussain has submitted a planning application for 237 West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe.

There are five parking spaces but nine are proposed.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Mr Mathew Todd has submitted plans for Bourne End Junior Sports Club, New Road, Bourne End.
