The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Mr Des McGuckin has submitted plans for the rear of Regal House, 4-6 Station Road, Marlow.

The agent is Mr David Howells, DMH Planning Limited.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.

Householder application for construction of single-storey rear extension, enclosed front porch and insertion of first floor rear balcony - 22/05374/FUL
