Householder application for erection of single-storey side and rear extension - 22/05423/FUL

Mr and Mrs Angelov have submitted to Bucks Council plans for 4 Dedmere Rise, Marlow.

The agent is Christopher Hunt.  

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the council.

Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 1 x 5-bed two-storey dwelling with material alterations to existing garage - 22/05407/FUL 

Mr Breckenridge has submitted plans for Eastwood, Channer Drive, Tylers Green.  

The agent is David Webb, Oxbridge Design.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.

Will Rundle and Phillipa Brill have submitted to the council an application for Gisbourne, Speen Road, North Dean. 

The agent is Mr Thomas Elliott, TE Architecture.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the council.

Change of use of part of workshop to establish MOT testing bay - 22/05034/FUL

Mr Brian Gray has submitted a planning application for Toweridge Textiles, Narrow Lane, Downley.

The site is also a motorcycle workshop.  

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.  

Display of two 6m flag poles and one advertising board on poles for Bellway Homes - 22/05292/ADV  

Bellway Homes has submitted plans for land at Inkerman House, Amersham Road, Hazlemere.

The agent is Michael O'Driscoll, Savills.
