February 25:

  • Jordan Costello, 29, of Bryanston Avenue, Aylesbury. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on October 9, 2020. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £903. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On October 9, 2020, in Aylesbury, damaged a stairgate to the value of £25 belonging to another person. Restraining order issued. £25 compensation.
  • Lee Hanson, 34, of Petronel Road, Aylesbury. Possession of an offensive weapon in a private place. On January 26, in Eaton Road, Aylesbury, had two samurai swords. Costs £180. Must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Samurai swords confiscated.
  • Darren Henderson, 37, of Parsonage Close, High Wycombe. Driving whilst disqualified.   • Toniyo Bayliss, 31, of Station Close, High Wycombe. Handling stolen goods. On August 3, 2021, in High Wycombe, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal or disposal of a stolen cash card of unknown value. Fined £200. Costs £119. Fraud by false representation. On August 3, 2021, in High Wycombe, dishonestly made a false representation by using a bank card in a victim’s name to purchase goods to the value of £33.45.
