If you have ever wanted to dance in the forest while a former EastEnders star takes to the DJ decks, now is your chance - because a new monthly event is launching this month.

Actress and DJ Luisa Bradshaw-White, who played Tina in the BBC One soap, will be helping people "truly connect with nature through meditation, music and dance" at Wendover Woods in a new event starting on March 26 at 10am.

Organisers Omlove are collaborating with Forestry England to introduce "Ecstatic Dance" to the ancient woodland - providing a "loving, inclusive space to move and dance freely, expressing yourself however you feel you want or need".

They say it's not about looking good or being the best dancer, but about "feeling the music with our soul, dancing with intention, letting go of what we need to, dancing into joy, positivity and power".

Luisa - DJ Lulu Om - will be taking participants on a musical journey, starting out with chilled vibes before building up the energy, and each person will have their own headset to enjoy the music the way they want to.

Active Forest Coordinator, Katie Stapleton said “We are delighted to have formed a new partnership with Omlove on this new and exciting opportunity.
