Prior notification application (Part 16, Class A) for proposed erection of 20m high monopole supporting 12 x antennas, 2 x transmission dishes, 7 x equipment cabinets and ancillary development thereto - 22/05679/PNP16A

MBNL (EE (UK) Ltd and H3G (UK) Ltd) have submitted to Bucks Council monopole plans for the junction of Cumbrian Way and Brecon Way in High Wycombe.

The agent is Mr Chris Andrews, Waldon Telecom Ltd.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the council.

Prior notification application (Part 3, Class MA) for change of use of second floor office space (use class E(c)(i) - building society) to create 1 x 2-bed apartment (use class C3 - dwellinghouses) - 22/05698/PNPCR 

Mr Edward Pincheson of Bardwell Ltd has submitted plans for The Chequers, 2 White Hart Street, High Wycombe.

The agent is Mr Bob Vlajcic, Bucks Chartered Architects.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.

Listed Building application for display of non-illuminated hanging sign to front - 22/05538/LBC 

Buckinghamshire Historic Buildings Trust has submitted to the council an application for retail units 2 and 3, and 2A High Street, High Wycombe.

The agent is Mrs Marian Miller.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Householder application for erection of detached outbuilding to rear - 22/05463/FUL

Simon Clinton has submitted a planning application for 6-8 Chapel Street, Marlow.

The agent is Mr Paul Morgan, Morgan Architectural Designs.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Mrs Cindy Weight has submitted plans for School House, Northend Road, Northend.
