A Chesham man has admitted to harassing a woman by stalking her.

Fahd Masood, aged 27, of Gawdrey Close, Chesham, appeared at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on March 2, where he pleaded guilty to a charge of stalking.

The court heard how on in May and June last year, Masood stalked his victim in Chesham. On May 21 and June 11, Masood visited her in his car, and on June 20 and June 27 he sought her out while on foot.

Masood’s behaviour did not cause his victim serious fear or distress, but it still amounted to harassment.

The offender has been granted bail and is due to be sentenced at a later date.

Masood is next due to appear at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on May 4.
