A man “exposed his genitals” to a woman in a High Wycombe car park in broad daylight.
On Monday, at around 1.15pm, the victim was at the Dovecot Car Park when she became aware that a man was staring at her.
After paying for her ticket on level 2B, the man followed the woman and exposed his genitals to her, before exiting via a stairwell.
The victim was left shaken by the experience, and police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward and help with the investigation.

The man is described as a stocky Asian male aged in his mid-twenties, around 5ft 6ins or 5ft 7ins tall and with short black fluffy hair.
He was wearing a black hoodie with the word “Mindset” printed on it in white letters, and he also wore black chinos.
Investigating officer PC Harry Prasol, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “This incident has understandably left the victim feeling shaken and I am keen to speak to anyone in the area at the time of the incident and anyone who believes they saw a man matching this description.
“This happened in the afternoon in a busy car park near the town centre and so I believe someone will have seen this man and can help identify who he is.
