Based near Thame and Princes Risborough, this pet friendly site has a café, butcher, bar and a shop to ensue you’re always well stocked up.

The site overlooks the Chilterns and there are several footpaths to use if you’re keen to explore the surrounding villages.

Some of the nearest towns and cities to this area are Aylesbury, Risborough and Oxford.

Gulliver’s Meadow, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

A campsite that is known and used outside of Buckinghamshire, Gulliver’s Meadow is great for families due to its size and location.

Near the campsite include locations such as the Gulliver’s Land theme park, along with Dinosaur and Farm Park, which will be very fun for families and friends to visit.

Some of nearest towns to this area are Milton Keynes, Northampton and Hitchin.

Wingbury Farm Glamping, Wingrave, Aylesbury

A stylish form of enjoying the great outdoors, Winbury is open year round, and has state of the art pods for you to stay in.

They're fully en-suite with a fitted kitchen inside and two offer a private hot tub, whilst walks across the Chilterns AONB are only 15 minutes away.

The nearest towns are Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard.

Adventures Village, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Another location based in the north of the county, Adventures Village has two theme parks on its doorstep, has some of the best glamping facilities in the country and has a fine variety of pods for you to use.

Just some of the activities you can do if you’re at Adventure Villages include hunting for dinosaurs, play on JCBs whilst enjoying the great outdoors.

The site is near Newport Pagnell in North Buckinghamshire.

Shillingridge Glamping, Marlow, Buckinghamshire

From the north to the south of Buckinghamshire, Shillingridge is a go to place in the county.

Overlooking fields and woodland, the site is set on a family run 30 acre smallholding with horses, chickens, dogs and a cat.

You can either walk, cycle or ride through the Chilterns and explore the nearby riverside by boat or canoe before snuggling up into the warm, cosy beds of your very own safari lodge.

Please note, this is a high-end glamping site and does not offer camping or touring.

The closest towns include Marlow, Beaconsfield and High Wycombe.
