An Aylesbury man has been charged with money laundering.

Shad Rahman, aged 30, of Gwendoline Buck Drive, Aylesbury, has been charged with one count of converting criminal property.

Between September 1, 2019, and September 18, 2019, Rahman is alleged to have converted criminal property, in the form of £9,610 cash, by banking it and later making payments via his company Smart Move Residential.

Rahman has not yet had an opportunity to plead guilty or not guilty to the charge.

The alleged launderer is due to appear at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Friday 29 April.
