A BMW driver who was caught speeding at nearly 80mph on a 40mph road has been fined £1,000.

Nadia Sehovic, aged 34, of Venics way in High Wycombe was ordered to pay £190 costs on top of a £1,000 fine after she was caught travelling at nearly double the speed limit.

The driver was captured driving at 76mph on the A41 Bicester in Oxfordshire, where the limit is 40mph, on May 15, 2021.

At a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on March 29, Sehovic was found guilty of speeding via a single justice procedure.

On top of the large bill, the BMW driver was also banned from the roads for 28 days.
