A flasher who "exposed his genitals" in High Wycombe has been slapped with a fine but avoided any further punishment.

Paul Molyneaux, 40, of Mentmore Road in High Wycombe, admitted to a charge of exposure, which took place in High Wycombe on January 21.

At a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on April 5, the court heard how Molyneaux flashed another person, with the intention of causing them harm or distress.

Also at the hearing, Molyneaux admitted to a charge of causing a false message to be sent by electronic communication network to cause annoyance or anxiety.

Having admitted to the two charges, Molyneaux was fined £80 and told to pay £119 in costs.

He was also given a 12-month conditional discharge, meaning he was released and will have no further action taken against him unless he commits another offence within the one-year period.
