April 5:

  • Shane Globe, 34, of Hillary Road, High Wycombe. Exceeding the 60mph speed limit on the A413 Wendover Bypass, Wendover, on April 29, 2021. Speed recorded was 104mph. Fined £440. Costs £134. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Mohammed Aziz, 19, of Fassetts Road, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Totteridge Road, High Wycombe, on December 12, 2020. Fined £180. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving while disqualified in Totteridge Road, High Wycombe, on December 12, 2020. No separate penalty.
  • Abdulla Sleiman, 19, of Concord Way, Slough. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Farnham Road, Slough, on June 7, 2021. Fined £440. Costs £134. Disqualified from driving for six months.
  • Raymond Walford, 63, of Oatlands Drive, Slough. Using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving a motor vehicle in Buckingham Avenue, Slough, on June 12, 2021. Fined £40. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for six months.
  • Anthony Bothamley, 31, of Elkins Road, Hedgerley. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit on the A355 Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Common, on June 19, 2021. Speed recorded was 55mph. Fined £400. Costs £130. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Paul Molyneaux, 40, of Mentmore Road, High Wycombe. Exposure. On January 21, in High Wycombe, intentionally exposed their genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Cause to be sent by public communication network a false message to cause annoyance, inconvenience, or anxiety in High Wycombe on January 21. Fined £80. Costs £119.
  • Tajveer Seehra, 30, of Syke Cluan, Iver. Driving over the drug drive limit. On January 6, in Thorney Lane North, Iver, had a quantity of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £500. Costs £135. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
  • Louis Lavers, 31, of Gaviots Close, Gerrards Cross. Driving over the drink drive limit in High Street, Chalfont St Peter, on March 17.  Fined £1,153. Costs £200. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
  • Michael Barron, 33, of New Road, Weston Turville. Possession of a controlled Class A drug. On October 13, 2021, in Aylesbury Police Custody, had a quantity of cocaine in their possession. Fined £500. Costs £85. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed. Being drunk and disorderly in Kingsbury, Aylesbury, on October 12, 2021. No separate penalty.

April 6:

  • Ryan Woodward, 26, of York Place Aylesbury. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Wycombe Magistrates Court by failing to attend a planned office visit on March 2 and an accredited programme on March 9. Suspended sentence of 12 weeks imprisonment suspended for 18 months amended so operational period is increased to 24 months.
  • Javid Malik, 54, of Blackwell Court, Slough. Depositing controlled or extractive waste on land without an environmental permit. On October 13, 2021, in Burnham, deposited controlled waste, including a large fridge freezer and two chairs, in Crow Piece Lane, Burnham. Fined £1,193. Costs £616.
