A High Wycombe man accused of trying to bring an illegal immigrant into the UK is set to go on trial later this month.
Steven Jenner, aged 28, of Wycombe Road, has been charged with breaching immigration law by allegedly transporting a non-European citizen into the UK control zone at the Eurotunnel Port in Calais, France, on September 15, 2019.
At a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on April 27, Jenner denied a charge of facilitating the commission of a breach of UK immigration law by a non-EU person.
