April 26:

  • David Shurrock, 31, of Linchfield, High Wycombe. Possession of a knife blade. On July 5, 2021, in Cotswold Way, High Wycombe, had a large kitchen knife without good reason.  Community order made. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed.
  • Shazad Riaz, 31, of Abercromby Avenue, High Wycombe. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On July 22, 2021, in High Wycombe Police Station, damaged a police vehicle to the value of £2,217.96 belonging to Thames Valley Police. Compensation £2,217.96. Costs £180. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
  • Muhammed Bukhari, 19, of Sharrow Vale, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Desborough Avenue, High Wycombe, on September 27, 2021. Driving record endorsed. Driving without due care and attention in Desborough Avenue, High Wycombe, on September 27, 2021. Driving record endorsed. Failing to report a road accident. On September 27, 2021, in Desborough Avenue, High Wycombe, was involved in a road accident where personal injury was caused to another person, and failed to provide personal details to the other driver or to report the incident at a police station within 24 hours. Fined £440. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Martin Fleming, 20, of Bideford Spur, Slough. Possession of a controlled Class B drug. On April 24, 2021, in Taplow, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Costs £22. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

April 27:

  • Michael Kennedy, 43, of Heathway, Iver Heath. Assault by beating in Iver Heath on September 19, 2020. Compensation £250. Racially aggravated harassment by words or writing in Maidenhead on September 9, 2020. Compensation £100. Threatening to damage or destroy property. On September 19, 2020, in Maidenhead, threatened to burn down a police officer’s home intending that he would fear the threat would be carried out. Committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months. Compensation £100. Costs £450. Failing to surrender to custody at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on January 21. No separate penalty.
  • Daniel Eames, 43, of Windsor Road, Chesham. Possession of a controlled Class B drug. On July 12, 2021, in Chesham, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Fined £80. Costs £119.

April 28:

  • Mohammed Malik, 33, of Elizabeth Avenue, Amersham. Failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on April 3, 2020. Fined £80. Costs £34. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Peter Scraton, 61, of Chapel Lane, Chilton. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Oxford Road, Stone, on October 14, 2021. Fined £1,425. Costs £132. Driving record endorsed with six points.
