Every month drivers get caught breaking the rules of the road in Bucks, and every month they face the consequences.

Drink drivers, drug drivers, those who have no insurance - all of them put others in danger when they get behind the wheel.

Many of those caught breaking the law while driving face severe punishment, and are rightly banned from the roads for months or even years.

Here is a list of people from Bucks who can no longer be trusted to get behind the wheel, and were disqualified from driving at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court in the second half of April.

Drink drivers:

Shaun Batty, 53, of Hampden Road, Stoke Mandeville. Driving over the drink drive limit in Terrick, Stoke Mandeville, on January 2. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £180. Disqualified from driving for 25 months.

Speeding:

Michael McClure, 23, of Holtspur Way, Beaconsfield. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in London Road, High Wycombe, on July 5, 2021. Fined £240. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for six months.

No insurance:

Muhammed Bukhari, 18, of Sharrow Vale, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance on the A355, Beaconsfield, on August 11, 2021. Fined £440. Costs £134. Disqualified from driving for nine months. Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Beaconsfield on August 11, 2021. No separate penalty. Failing to comply with a red light at a signal-controlled crossing on the A355, Beaconsfield, on August 11, 2021. No separate penalty.

Using a mobile phone:

Tomasz Obreski, 41, of Richings Place, Iver. Using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving a motor vehicle in Royal Windsor Way, Windsor, on July 21, 2021. Fined £265. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Other:

Hannah Williams, 33, of Gomm Place, High Wycombe. Failing to provide a specimen for analysis when alleged to have committed an offence in Maidenhead on April 27. Fined £120. Costs £180. Community order made. Disqualified from driving for 48 months.

Kate O’Brien, 66, of Green Lane, Prestwood. Failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between June 25, 2021 and July 23, 2021. No totting disqualification. Fined £120. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Deane Stanley, 37, of Colne Orchard, Iver. Failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between March 30 and April 27. Fined £667. Costs £157. Disqualified from driving for six months.
