The justices heard from prosecutor Charlotte Abbott how all three of the alleged offences took place in Aylesbury on August 3, 2021.
All of the allegations are against the same complainant, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
After listening to the pleas, the magistrates indicated that Quigley-Nicholson would next appear for a hearing at Aylesbury Crown Court on June 20.
At the end of the proceedings, the defendant was released on conditional bail until his next court date.
