May 18:

  • Michael Carter, 26, of London End, Beaconsfield. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on March 22 and March 29. Fined £300. Costs £60.
  • Deen Mirza, 18, of Harlow Road, High Wycombe. Travelling on a railway without paying a fare between November 10, 2021 and November 28, 2021. Fined £40. Compensation £27.60. Costs £214.
  • Jarette Phillips, 29, of Nelson Court, High Wycombe. Attempting to enter a railway station without passing through the barrier in the correct manner between High Wycombe and London Marylebone on November 7, 2021. Fined £130. Compensation £162.50. Costs £214. Travelling on a railway without paying a fare between August 20, 2021 and December 5, 2021. Fined £120.
  • Thomas McCarthy, 21, of Marsh Lane, Bishopstone. Depositing controlled waste on land without a permit. On January 22, in Bishopstone, deposited controlled waste, namely nitrous oxide canisters and other rubbish, on an unnamed road. Fined £400. Costs £1,146.26.
  • Arthur Przybylski, 41, of Staunton Road, Slough. Depositing controlled waste on land without a permit. On September 21, 2021, in Wexham Park Lane, Wexham, deposited controlled waste, namely six to eight used car tyres. Fined £934. Costs £593.
  • Andreas Afeldt, 38, of Wynnswick Road, Seer Green. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Station Road, Amersham, on July 28, 2021. Fined £160. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for six months.
  • Gan Bunce, 43, of Glenister Road, High Wycombe. Theft from a motor vehicle. On January 8, in High Wycombe, stole a passport, headphones and chocolate from a vehicle. Fined £80. Costs £85. Theft from a motor vehicle. On January 8, in High Wycombe, stole bank cards and a purse from a vehicle. No separate penalty. Theft from a motor vehicle. On January 8, in High Wycombe, stole Airpods to the value of £195. No separate penalty.
  • Gabriel Pedrasi, 24, of Rickfords Hill, Aylesbury. Possessing an offensive weapon in private. On March 17, in Carlton Close, Aylesbury, had a knuckle duster. Community order made. Costs £180. Knuckleduster to be forfeited and destroyed.
  • Jordan Ford, 30, of Moreland Avenue, Slough. Failing to stop following a road accident. On July 30, 2021, in Windsor Road, Wraysbury, was in an accident where damage was caused to another vehicle and failed to stop at the scene. Fined £333. Costs £244.  Driving record endorsed with five points. Driving without due care and attention in Windsor Road, Wraysbury, on July 30, 2021. No separate penalty.

May 20:

  • Mohammed Sarfaraz, 37, of Higham Road, Chesham. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Station Road, Amersham, on July 20, 2021. Speed recorded was 35mph. Fined £100. Costs £234. Driving record endorsed with three points.
  • Mehtab Mehrban, 36, of Thorne Road, Lane End. Driving a motor vehicle dangerously in High Wycombe on June 11, 2021. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Driving over the drink drive limit in Desborough Avenue, High Wycombe, on June 11, 2021. Committed to prison for 14 weeks. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

May 23:

  • Victoria Murphy, 42, of Burtons Lane, Chalfont St Giles. Driving while disqualified on the A413, Chalfont St Peter, on February 17. Fined £120. Costs £119. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Lee Butler, 23, of Milton Road, Chesham. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On January 15, in Chesham, damaged a window to the value of £100 belonging to Londis. Compensation £100. Costs £85.
  • Anthony Dix, 37, of Mendip Way, High Wycombe. Theft from a shop in High Wycombe on May 4. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Costs £85.
  • Laura Carolan-Munslow, 38, of Wheeler End Common, Wheeler End. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Bolter End Lane, Bolter End, on May 6. Fined £530. Driving over the drink drive limit in Bolter End Lane, Bolter End, on May 6. Fined £530. Costs £191. Disqualified from driving for 21 months.
  • Brandon Stoute, 27, of Crest Road, High Wycombe. Harassment – breach of a restraining order. On May 21, in High Wycombe, attended an address they were prohibited from visiting by a restraining order. Committed to prison for eight months. Breaching a non-molestation order. On May 21, in High Wycombe, attended an address they were prohibited from visiting by a non-molestation order. Committed to prison for eight months concurrent. Overall length of sentence eight months.
