A learner driver crashed through a barrier at Bucks roundabout whilst driving without L plates or supervision.
The female driver was left uninjured after the crash at Downs Barn roundabout this morning (June 12).
Officers shut the road following the incident but were then forced to fine another driver who ignored the closure signs.
A Thames Valley Police social media post said: "Single vehicle collision at Downs Barn Roundabout.
"Note appears to have left the roundabout early, removing about 60 metres of Armco barrier and rolled over.
"Female driver unhurt, though forgot her L plates and supervisor.
"Going for quick interview and will be reported.
Another post added: "In relation to my previous post, this is self-explanatory.
"It means the road is closed, not drive around it as it looks clear.
"As we recovered the Note, another car drove up to us having done just that.
"Driver given £100 and 3 points, much to her surprise."
