Marlow FC has launched a new under-23 team to bridge the gap between under-18s and the first team.
The club has also appointed a new under-18 manager as Ciprian Pintilie returns to the club where he coached junior players.
Harry Pelling, who has been coaching with the Marlow FC first team for a number of years, will take over the under-23 team.
First team manager, Mark Bartley, said: “The creation of the new under-23 team will enable us to progress young players from the under-18s to our first team in a structured manner.
"Making the jump from an under-18 team to step four football is a very big challenge, and forming this new team shows the club’s commitment to developing local talent.”
Club Chairman, Ian Benfell, said: “I am very pleased that Cipri has rejoined the club to take up the challenge of managing our under-18s.
"This is a key appointment for us and completes the management lineup with Mark Bartley retained as first team manager and Harry Pelling appointed to take the new under-23s”.
