Three Wycombe High School students have won a top sports award for their ‘impressive’ video highlights coverage of fixtures focusing on Wycombe Wanderers Women.

Year nine students in Daya Bhangoo, Amani Khan and Maryam Zaman were recruited to produce video highlights on the Chairgirls’ games from last season (2021/22).

Judges from the Football Association’s Southern Region Women’s Football League selected the Chairgirls’ coverage as the winner of the ‘Best Social Media Award’ category after they were left in awe of the work that was produced.
