A BBC radio programme is set to broadcast live from High Wycombe at the end of the month - and local people can get involved. 

Any Questions? which is a topical discussion show involving a panel of media and political personalities on BBC Radio 4 is going to be recording a show from High Wycombe. 

Chaired by political correspondent Ben Wright, members of the public are invited to quiz a panel of politicians, social commentators and other well-known personalities.

Political commentator and journalist Ash Sarkar is due to be involved in the High Wycombe broadcast, although thte rest of the panel has not been revealed yet. 

The team will be broadcasting live from the home of Action4Youth, a charity that transforms the lives of young people in the area, which is at their new youth club The Junction at High Wycombe Library. 

The Junction was launched successfully in mid-September last year, providing a safe and comfortable place for youngsters aged 12 to 18 to go, seven days a week - offering activities like table tennis and other games, XBox sessions and sessions around cooking, music, photography and mental resilience. 

As part of the Any Questions? broadcast, local people are being invited along to share their burning questions and sit in the audience. 

The tickets are free and available through Eventbrite, the event starts at 6.30pm and they don’t hear questions in advance - so come prepared with a question to ask on the night. 

Centre Manager at The Junction Ayobami Akinolugbade hopes young people will be among those able to ask questions: “It is crucial for young people to voice their concerns and be heard clearly.

"We want the young people in High Wycombe to be leaders of tomorrow.”
